I'm ready to book - what's the soonest I can leave?

Due to the nature of booking services, we request trips to be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance.

I booked and submitted my Operation Discovery Survey - now what?

Now you let the anticipation begin by....waiting! We'll get to work and send you your first clue 7-10 days before your trip.

I'm supposed to leave today and haven't heard where I'm going. What's the deal?

We send you an email with your exact destination only a couple hours before, right round the time you should be leaving to arrive to the airport or start packing up your car. It's supposed to be a surprise after all!

We have multiple travelers. Do we all need a survey?

Yes! We want to hear from everyone in the group to create a well-rounded itinerary that everyone will enjoy!

Can our group fly out from different airports?

Yes. Just be sure to note that on your survey and also keep in mind budgets. Different airports have different price points.

How much does a Dream. Discover. Do. Trip or Date cost?

We offer multiple budgets. The cost is up to you! Keep in mind that your budget will dictate the expansiveness of your trip or date, but we work extremely hard to curate itineraries for any budget. Everyone deserves to get Out and About!

Are there any fees?

We charge a 15% planning fee. Hotels and airlines may have additional fees or resort fees, but we'll let you know about those if they come up.

What are your payment options?

We accept most major credit cards. We also partner with PayPal and, if approved, you can do the pay in four option.

We have multiple travelers. Can we pay separately?

We require one payment method per trip.

I don't like an activity on my itinerary - now what?

We try to get an idea of activities you absolutely will not do on your survey. If the activity we have planned wasn't on your survey, we can't force you to do an activity, but we do encourage you to stay open-minded and try it! The point of a surprise adventure is to step outside your comfort zone and learn about new things in the world!

There is an issue with my flight or hotel, what can you do?

We are travel planners who book on behalf of you. Once hotels and flights are booked, we have little influence over flight delays and hotel room issues. We are happy to try to help, but most issues will be dealt with directly through the airline or hotel.

I need to cancel my trip - now what?

Emergencies happen! We get that. We allow cancellations with refund for 48 hours after a trip is booked. After that, we will already have bookings underway and due to the nature of non-refundable airlines, hotel rooms and activities, we are unable to offer refunds for trips cancelled after 48 hours.

Where am I going?

It's a surprise! We only book within the United States, but that's all we can tell you.

How do I know what to pack?

We'll send you your first weather and packing clue 7-10 days before your adventure. You'll also get an updated clue a couple days before.

What do I do in the free time on my itinerary?

We never want you to feel scrambled! We're planning your trip, after all. That said, we want to make sure we give you time to explore and adventure the new area! We send plenty of suggestions to fill any free time you may have.

I have blocked out times on my itinerary, what gives?

You wanted the stress taken out of planning a trip, and what fun would it be if we planned just the destination but you had to figure out ALL the activities when you got there? We don't want the fun to stop just because you've arrived, so we've booked a few things for you to enjoy while you're there. Don't book over these times. These will be kept secret until the morning of. You'll get a text and email from your Adventure Coordinator letting you know what you'll be up to that day!

I need to change my flight, can I do that?

We are happy to help change your flight to a different day or time, or administer a name change. Keep in mind that most airlines have a fee for this, which will be your responsibility.
